Established in 2018, G&C is a London-based Investment House, founded by experts who have over 100 years combined industry experience in, Real estate,education, private equity and management advisory.

Real  estate  development :  we  focus  on  residential  development projects,   where   investments   will   be   made   in   secured   residential development  deals  in  the  London  commuter  belt  –  in  areas  with  fast transport  links,  fully  funded  regeneration  programs,  and  strong  sales momentum at low price points. Investments will primarily be made with G&C acting as the development manager on its own deals, but can also be made in Joint Ventures with external developers. Sites can be  acquired  both  pre  and  post  planning,  and  will  be  secured  through exclusivity,  option  agreement,  or  through  direct  negotiations  with  the vendor.
